We offer shipping services nationwide within the Philippines. Orders placed through IAM Worldwide Store Online.com are delivered to most regions, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao via courier LBC, J&T and Lalamove.
Processing Time
▪️Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
▪️Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
▪️Metro Manila: 1 to 3 business days
▪️Luzon (Outside Metro Manila): 3 to 5 business days
▪️Visayas and Mindanao: 5 to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistical issues.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders because of our Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
Failed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address information, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

▪️If the delivery fails after the second attempt, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order:

3. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within the Philippines.
